Frequently Asked Questions

What is the refund policy?

You'll receive a full refund (excluding the service fee) when cancelling 3 or more days before the event. For cancellations made less than 3 days before the event, you'll receive a partial refund. Cancellations are not permitted on the day of the event and no refunds will be issued. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a complete refund including the service fee. The same applies for emergencies occurring immediately before or during the event. Should you experience any issues with your booking or parking, please contact customer support immediately. We will review each situation individually and reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the specific circumstances and information provided.

How do I report an issue?

During an event, you can contact customer service directly through the active booking pop-up in the app. If you're not currently attending an event, you can submit a support ticket through the app and our team will respond within 72 hours.

What if there is an error in event information or an event is missing?

If you notice incorrect event details or can't find a specific event in our system, please email support@dibs-parking with the relevant information and we'll address it promptly.

How can I list my property for parking?

To offer your property as a parking space during events, simply switch to a homeowner account in the app and follow the listing instructions.

When are events released for booking?

Parking reservations for upcoming events become available up to 3 months in advance of the event date.

What is the parking booking window?

Each parking reservation includes access to your spot starting 2 hours before the event begins until 1 hour after the event ends, giving you plenty of time to arrive and depart comfortably.
